If you wish to return your purchase for any reason you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. Subject to availability you are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item.

Once received you will be entitled to a refund. International customers will also be refunded, less outbound postage costs, unless a picking error has been made on our part or a manufacturing error has occurred.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Please include your original invoice with the package otherwise it may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged as not to be damaged in the post. Customers will be responsible for all returning postage costs where exchange or refund are required.

As we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or 

lost in the return transit we advise that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service such as Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.

For Christmas purchases we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
